• Change meeting time to accommodate Kosta's teaching schedule (use doodle.ch)
  done.  Meetings are now 1st Monday of each month at 1pm eastern, 10am pacific. 
  Gary takes responsibility for short notice of change and that some members didn't get notice in time.

• Migrate "Official EventServices WG page" to new wiki
  done.  See EventService
  
• Develop example with two Decaf instances sending events over BabelRMI
  done.  Kosta will present results at next CCA meeting.
  
3. Ben
• Package MPI Service to Kosta
  in progress.
  
4. Lois
• Assume EventServices will be ready for friendly user from Initiatives
  Will attempt to weave into SC'08 activities with chemistry folks.  They have a premeeting activity for the fall CCA meeting.
  

Minutes

•  EventService:
• Kosta reported that he succeeded in using EventService from SCIRun, integrating into Decaf, and running in distributed fashion.
• Discussion about getting EventService into Bocca, using it in Initiatives, and getting it finalized ensued.
  
• MPIServices:
• No report.
• CCARB mgmt.
  
• Gary suggested as a guideline a WG should have at least two other members in addtion to a chair.
• Gary also expressed concern that there should be more WG's entering the pipeline.
  
• CCA Spec 1.0:
• A complete vision statement directing where CCA spec is heading is still needed.  Gary will summarize what he and Ben have so far and will report to the next CCA meeting.  Each committee member is charged with gathering input from their respective area and feeding that into the next CCARB meeting.
