CCA Help Desk
The CCA now offers a centralized help desk to coordinate support for CCA architecture software and components. You can submit bugs, questions, or feature requests via email to help@cca-forum.org or via a WWW interface. CCA help desk staff will try to address your issues directly, but in many cases your issue will be forwarded to the team responsible for the particular software referenced in your report. In either case, the CCA help desk staff will work to make sure your report is addressed. The CCA help desk email gateway uses a challenge/response system to try to weed out spam. Your first email to help@cca-forum.org will generate a reply message to you with a particular confirmation code in the subject. Once you, reply to that message, your email address will be added to the whitelist, and you will not need to go through that process again. |
