CCA Forum Meeting Format

The typical format for CCA Forum meetings 1.5 days with a combination of presentations to the full group and break-out sessions to allow smaller groups to focus on particular issues ("birds of a feather" sessions). Newcomers to CCA forum meetings are encouraged to give a short talk introducing themselves and their interest in the CCA.

Forum meetings also provide a focus for auxiliary events. Working Groups will have special half-day or full-day meetings either before or after a Forum meeting. Occasionally we have tutorials in conjunction with Forum meetings. Dates listed are for the main Forum meeting only. Side meetings are listed separately.

Remote access to meetings is normally provided for those unable to travel, however newcomers are cautioned that you are likely to have a much better experience overall if you can attend your first couple of Forum meetings in person.
