When describing a component as providing a port X, there are usually non-cca SIDL types used as data in that port X.
We need to carry along, or build in substantial SIDL/babel-xml parsing capability so the user can simply write the sidl class/interface name in dot notation (gov.cca.StringConsumerPort) when using our tools.
We need to capture lists of the sidl/xml/header files needed to describe fully what's in use.
